We believe in
mindful AI adoption.

There are thousands of wrappers around basic AI APIs out there claiming they've solved implementation for you. They mostly haven't. As experts in this field, we'll educate you on the tools that actually work and partner with you to find and build the right fit for your use case.

01

AI Landscape Workshop

An 8-hour working session designed for 5–25 people spanning different roles and processes at your company. The goal isn't to turn anyone into a developer — it's to give the people who understand your workflows enough knowledge to spot where these tools could have genuine impact.

  • How the tools actually work under the hood
  • Categories of tools available — functions, strengths, and real limitations
  • Key names, vocabulary, and what the buzzwords actually mean
  • Open Q&A and discussion throughout, anchored to your specific company context

Consulting & Implementation

For companies ready to build something. Whether you have a clear idea of what you want or just a sense that something should be possible — reach out and we'll get on a call to figure it out together.

We specialize in integrating AI and automation into existing systems in ways that are practical, maintainable, and actually useful to the people who have to use them every day.

Specific solutions.
Not generic ones.

We've seen what happens when companies try to bolt general-purpose AI tools onto their workflows with no real integration. If you want to understand what that looks like in practice — and why it fails — listen to Shell Game Season 2. It's an honest, entertaining account of someone trying to use AI the way the marketing says you should be able to. The same people selling these tools won't even use their own products. That's worth knowing.

We will not set you up with a voice agent that can handle everything, or an instance that responds to all your customer emails. That's not where AI reliably works.

Where it does work: extending human ability. Making data more uniform and more accessible. Automating the repetitive handoffs between tools and systems that currently require a person. Letting a broader group of your employees interact with data using plain English instead of requiring someone who knows the schema.

Some of what we build is a lightweight script running on a schedule. Some of it is an AI agent connected to a database. The right answer depends on your actual situation — which is exactly why we take the time to understand it before recommending anything.
